Text Messaging Tips For Dating Your Ex Again
Here's the scene...
Several months ago you and your ex went through a nasty breakup. All hell broke loose. It didn't end well.
But you played it cool, got some help and guidance, and you managed to text your ex back into your life.
You met up for the first time in a long time, things went extremely well, and now you've started to date again. You think you're in the clear. Everything's on the "up and up."

Texting is a very powerful form of communication that can increase passion, romance, intimacy, and desire, and can open your ex to the idea of being with you again.
However, just because your ex is back in your life now doesn't mean you can drop the ball and go back to your old texting habits. You were able to text your ex back for a reason and it's just as important as ever to get things right so you don't lose them again.
Here are some texting rules to keep in mind as you start to date your ex again.
First, focus on what you like about your ex and tell them about it. Most modern-day relationships are lacking in the appreciation category. You can accomplish this by sending compliment or appreciation texts on a regular basis.
For example, "I've always loved how you're able to brighten my worst days with just one smile. I'm so lucky to have you in my life."
Next, try to keep text messaging for fun, flirting, and maintaining closeness with your ex. This is often referred to as making your text messages an "intimate channel." By not talking about boring, routine, or stressful things through text messages, you'll maintain intimacy with your ex no matter how many obstacles get in your way.
Third, after every date with your ex always send them a text message telling them what you loved about the date and how you're looking forward to the next one. Be as detailed as possible here. The more detail and imagery you use, the more the memory will stick in their mind.
Fourth, use this opportunity to get to know your ex better through text messages. Truly get to know them on the deepest levels. Remember, you want to create a new, better relationship with your ex and not try to patch up an old relationship that is dead now.
Lastly, use text messages to create the perception in your ex's mind that they are totally into you...even if they aren't quite there yet. By texting something like, "I missed you too," before they even say anything can make them believe they were giving you signals that they missed you which can actually end up making them miss you even more.
