You can also choose to drop mint into this to make it taste like the toothpaste you generally use. If mint is something that is not available then you may also add a little bit of your toothpaste.
You just need to use this mixture like your paste. Brush it and keep it on your teeth for at least two minutes if not more than that. Make sure that you are not swallowing it; wash it off because it is anything but tasty. I am sure you would not like it after swallowing it. If you want it tasty then better apply the above techniques.
After you are done with it, just make sure that you brush with your own toothpaste so that the taste of this prepared mixture leaves your mouth quickly. You will be so happy to see your teeth as white as you can possibly imagine. This trick of making teeth white was used long time back as an effective way. The benefits are too many. You really did not have to spend your money over those costly teeth whitening kits. They are really good with no side effects and they serve their purpose by making the teeth of beverage drinkers and chain smokers white as well.
But make sure that you are not making use of this paste more than once a week. The frequency can be once a week or month or whenever you think you need to put up one of those bright smiles you may go for it.
