About the project
Smartworld Wellness 67 is built around one idea: a home that helps you live healthier. The plan is a low-density gated community with a lot of open space, wellness amenities and only four apartments to a floor. That last point matters. Four flats per core means two lifts serve fewer homes, your lobby is quieter, and you get cross ventilation and more natural light than a typical 6 or 8 unit floor plate.
