Human being is unique among all living being because of his admirable sixth sense. One's own labor and skill are not enough to get all the material comforts; each has to join and contribute as a member of society, to make the living process harmonious with one another, man has had to frame systems of social justice and moral behavior.
Now a day many people today think that Hormany with in the Mankind and more principles are only for personal progress and that it does not apply to resoling the problems facing society as a whole. By realising the human conscious brings about Self-change, therefore it is an effective tool for social tranformation at all levels and establishing sustainable Peace, Harmony and Prosperity for every one.

It is essentially an art of understanding all about the soul, which is only the life-force and realizing its relationship with the body, the society, the world and the universe, maintaining harmony of life.
We have the knowledge to improve awareness, to develop will-poser and to realize the Self. It is a complete process of perfection of man by developing his personality so that he may reach his ultimate goal, thereby fulfilling the purpose of life.
Self-Management is "an exercise in harmonizing men, material and methods towards the fulfillment of goals leading to human development, social benefit and global welfare".
The central idea is Self and Self-management as an essential step to the new management era.
Analysis:
The main principle is: Search yourself first. The best protection from conflicts and tense building relationships with people is a sincere examination of his/her inner personality.
The proliferation of Nuclear and Sophisticated weapons.
Deflection of Natural resources and energy sources, environmental pollution, drought and deforestation.
Over Population, Poverty and Illiteracy.
Race, Cast, Religious intolerance, and Extremism.
Addiction to Drugs, Alcohol and Tobacco.
Violent crime and Corruption.
Disease, especially stress related illnesses.
Breakdown of Social harmony, dysfunctional family relationship and hopelessness among the youth.
10. Crisis of the Values, moral and Spiritual.
11. Use of the mass media to influence the public towards violence, excessive consumerism and other anti-social behaviours and attitudes.
Strategies of Self-Management for Global Human Relationship
i) We are all came together to promote and exemplify values such as tolerance, non-violence, sympathy and compassion for the well being of others and to cerate a viable and sustainable world for the future. We must come together dialogue to build trust and mutual understanding to eliminate suspicion fear, tension, insecurity, and greed. This can be achieved only with the quality of self-restraint and the spirit of good will. Domination, coercion and the threat of force must stop. We must cultivate co-ordination and harmony in one society. None of these can be legislated, but are possible trough education in values and spirituality and the practice of proper meditation.
ii) Every if agreement is reached for the destruction of all conventional and nuclear weapons and even if it is carried out, the knowledge of new to make them again will remain. The answer lies in elimination the feelings of hatred, suspicion, fear and the spirit of revenge for these are the true manufacturers of weapons.
iii) Our current economic crises are a mirror reflection of our crisis in ethical and spiritual values. Insecurity, greed and the lust for power have inspired economic policies which are detrimental to the well being of the Global Human Family, which have poisoned and depleted the land and water resources for short term again, and which exploit the many for the luxurious lifestyles of the few. These economics are now dramatically failing and must be replaced by economic policies based on co-operation, sustainability, goodwill and mutual benefit, grounded in a feeling of sharing balanced with self-realization and simplicity of lifestyle. A culture of spiritual values and personal empowerment sustains individual from within.
iv) At this time we are seeing the beginning of a synthesis of science and Spirituality. The aim of science and technology has always been to improve the quality of life and make the world a better place physically. In the hands of individuals under the sway of negativity, insecurity and greed and lust for power it has become a tool of destruction. However in the hands of an enlightenment, spiritually aware leadership, motivated by feeling of benefits and love, science, and technology can create the physical expression of a new civilization, clean renewable energy, pollution free, fast and silent transportation, environmentally friendly infrastructure, architecture and communications systems etc.
v) Time is also calling upon the women of the world to claim their rights and take-up the challenge to play an equal and complementary role with men to bring about qualitative change in our social fabric. The contribution of women's hurturing subtleties, endurance and capacity to love and sustain the young and old men and other women, will prove invaluable in the work of establishing human relationship and Social harmony.
vi) Good will is an attitude which eschews generalizations and prejudgment Goodwill presumes a feeling of Human relationship and Harmony with people everywhere regardless to religion, caste, nationality, colour or gender. The attitude of goodwill takes up beyond the vocabulary of us and them, towards a feeling of Universal Family membership appreciation the natural diversity of different regions and cultures. Every since this earth was photographed from the moon the image and the ideal of a world without barriers has become more tangible.
vii) There is fear both of globalization and fragmentation. Globalization causes fear because it is experienced as the imposition of external and unfamiliar uniformity and constraints. Fragmentation causes fear because it engenders local conflict based on religious or cultural differences and economic inequities.
viii) The attitude of goodwill implies accepting a few principles. The most important is the concept that all people are fundamentally good, that all souls are essentially pure and peaceful in nature, that qualities and virtues are inherent in human nature.
ix) The recognition that every human being is essentially good assumes that negativities are acquired and not inherent. Therefore they can be shed. Whatever is inherent in the human soul is also eternal and indestructible. Acquired negative merely veils and overshadows the inherent goodness.
x) Meditation means to recall and emerge a lost and forgotten state of being. It restores the inherent, innate and eternal realities and qualities of the soul to their rightful position of dominance so that they can be expressed in interpersonal relationships in daily life.
xi) Our powers of perception are not merely passive. When we look at the inherent spiritual qualities of individuals, address them with love and regard, being to feel that they are worthy of that vision and this increases their self-respect.
xii) When we highly use our sixth sense of inner intuitive and spiritual qualities, good intentions of a person and conscientiously see beyond their superficial negative characteristics, it has the power to transform that person.
Conclusion:
When the spirit is wounded and frustrated by feelings of powerlessness, lack of meaning in life, weakened by feelings of inferiority, injured self-respect and humiliation, the ego in the form of hurt pride erupts as violence. The strengthen self-respect, replenish the depleted soul and teach the skills necessary for harmonious living, study of spiritual knowledge and practice of proper meditation is required to every one.
The human attitude includes good faith in the Self, in others and in the positive outcome of life's challenges. The Self-Management stems from inculcating values such as peace, love, honesty, non-violence and tolerance. Self-Management crises when each individual cultivates and sustains the inner strength to resist negativity within such as jealousy, fear, suspicion, selfishness, greed and arrogance. Hence the Self-Management is very essential to change the human attitude for the Global Human Relationship with Harmony without loss of Mankind.
