Once you know what you want, you have to deal with what kind of a woman she is. If she is not really the hook up type, then you are going to have to be a lot more subtle when dealing with her. You have to go easy on the innuendos and things like that. On the other hand, if she is the type that doesn't mind a good hook up every now and again, you can be a little more seductive right from the get go.
Most of all, what you need to do is to connect with your ex girlfriend again. However, you can't just call her up and expect that she is going to drop everything to be with you. You have to go slow and steady with this. You also have to make sure that you are working on flirting with her and you are not dropping back into that phase that most men do with their ex where they instantly become her whipped ex boyfriend.
Finally, you are going to have to work on getting her to spend some alone time with you. That means that you need to make her feel comfortable enough to hang out again and attracted to you enough that it means more than it would if she were hanging out with an old friend.
