. When you find out that she is dating again and you are not, that can kind of make you feel a combination of complex emotions. You might be feeling jealous of the fact that she has been able to get on with her life and you feel like you are not ready to do that just yet. And you may be feeling like you have lost any hope that you might be able to get her back, and that may really be what is bothering you beneath the surface. Like I said, this is a hard situation to have to deal with. Of course, that does not mean that this has to be a permanent situation for you at all.
My first suggestion is that you get a better understanding of WHY you are having a hard time dealing with this. It's good to know whether or not it has to do with her being with someone else or it has more to do with you having yet to be able to find a new girlfriend. This will give you some indication of what you might really need to do to turn things around.
Here are a few more tips if you have found out that your ex girlfriend is dating again and you are having a hard time dealing with it:
1) Try and understand that although she may have found someone else first, that does not mean that she has "won" anything.
One of the things that I have observed is that guys that tend to be a little more competitive than average can take it hard when they find out their ex girlfriend is dating again, even if they don't want her back at all. A lot of that has to do with the fact that they look at the situation as a competition and they feel like she has won because she is the first one to find someone else. You really should not look at things that way at all. For one, you don't know if she is really happy or if she is really in a good relationship. And for another, it was never really a competition at all.
2) If you are having a hard time deal with this because you want her back, then what you may have to do is to learn a way to do just that.
Part of the reason why you might be having a hard time dealing with hearing that she is now in a new relationship is because deep down, you wanted to be able to win her back. There is nothing wrong with wanting that. How you feel is how you feel. What you should do is to work on learning what you can try to do to win her back. Just because she is dating someone right now, that does not mean that she can't be a part of your future.
