My Ex Girlfriend Said She Found Someone Else - What Should I Do?
You don't want to believe that it's true
, but there is no use in denying the truth because you heard it straight from her and not from anyone else. Your ex girlfriend said that she found someone else, and now it feels as if your heart is getting broken all over again. You tried to trick yourself into believing that it would not really bother you if she ended up dating someone else, but now that you have to deal with her actually doing that - it hurts like you would have never imagined. What can you do when you find out that there is someone else in the picture now?
You've probably already thought about the fact that this just might be the clear sign that you needed to get you to move on and realize that she is not coming back to you. And, there is a lot of truth in that. Once you find out that your ex girlfriend is with another man, you kind of have to admit that she definitely is not stuck on you. You might have been able to fool yourself into believing that one before you found out about the new guy... but now you would just be casting an illusion over yourself if you still thought that way.
As much as you may not like to hear it, your best option is to take the time to actually get over your ex girlfriend. Right now, if there is another guy in the picture, that is about the best move that you can make. Go out and see if you can't pick up a woman to help you forget about the ex girlfriend. If that does not work, then you may want to just work on keeping yourself busy so that you don't spend so much time thinking about her. That is one thing that seems to keep most guys stuck in the same rut. They just think about their ex girlfriend over and over and when they do, it just makes the attraction that they still have for her go stronger.
You do have another option, though.
You can decide that NOW is the time to actually do something to better understand what it is that attracts a woman and then use that information to learn how to make your ex girlfriend attracted to you again. Here is the catch, though - you still have to get over your ex girlfriend. When you come around her with that look on your face that tells her that you are still madly in love with her, it doesn't do you any good at all. It doesn't make you seem more attractive to her. You have to get over her even if you want to get her back. That may sound funny to think of it like that, but that is what you need to do.
That is the only way that you are going to be able to actually become more appealing to her.
Once you get over her and you know what you have to do to make her attracted to you again, that is when you need to put the moves on her. But, you have to be careful. You can't just push up on your ex girlfriend the way that you would with a woman you have no history with at all. You have to be subtle about the way that you go about getting her to want you again. When you do that and you are truly over her and the break up, that is when you will have a really good chance to be able to get her back.
