This blog is a tribute to all the people who are struggling with weight issues. I was recently touched by a person's site. This person is struggling form weight issues and is currently under going their very own plan to loose the weight. I realised then and there that I wanted to do something to help.

I am 23yrs old and have managed to maintain a very healthy weight without having to torture myself. I know that everyone has a different metabolism and level of enduracne and health situation. However, I have helped many before and am confident that I can help many more loose weight and keep it off.

This is not the time where I tell you simply do A,B & C and you will loose the weight and keep it off. THAT'S UNREALISTIC!! As I said before everyone is different. Take this for example, carbs are suppose to be the number one no no to keep weight off right...? well, I eat more carbs (rice, and bread) than anything and gain nothing! I am serious.

Now, I'm now saying that there aren't some rules that generally apply, and trust me I'll be giving those too. What I'm saying though is that my desire for this blog is to have a forum for all those who are in the process of loosing weight or trying to keep it off.

Through this blog I will follow you and guide you through the tedious process of loosing weight and also of keeping it off.

Simply join on and share your story with me, I will work hands on with you to let you know what you can do custome designed for your body to loose the weight and keep it off.

Here are some general rules of thumb to a healthy diet:

1). Always eat breakfast!!....don't skip this no matter how busy you are. Ensure that it is healthy(in accordance to your bodily requirements) and try very hard for it to be at a consistent time everyday. Fluctuation of eating times generally cause your biological clock to be completely poorly wired which ultimately slows your metabolism and causes weight gain.

2). Cleanse, cleanse,cleanse!!! I can't say this enough. A clean colon is foundation to a healthy body weight. Of course, I'm not saying over do it. I'm just saying a cleanse once a year is essential to eliminating toxins from your body. Waste build up and toxins in the body will prevent the body from absorbing and processing the essential vitamins and minerals into the body amongst other things. This will ultimately cause you to gain weight because it will alter your bodies chemical balance and slow your metabolism.

3). Consume alot of fibrous foods along with whatever your diet consists of. This keeps the colon clean, for maximum absorption, processing and it also keeps your metabolism nice and high.

4). EXERCISE......Don't cringe. Exercise doesn't mean strenuous routines. In fact I have never honestly exercised a day in my life. What I have noticed I do different from all other people is I walk alot!! I walk to every where Igo, taking few taxi's in between. When I walk I generally walk a bit fast depending on how late I am. Over the years I have found that obviously I have been subconsciously keeping weight off with my lack of having a car...lol. So folks, walk, walk, walk, if you have a car set a walking schedule everyday for a couple hours in the evening walk around the neighbourhood and say hi to the neighbour's or something. Trust me it will make a huge difference.
