Rascal Flatts Tickets - Still 'unstoppable'

Fresh off their first loss from the Country Music Association (CMA) Awards'

Group of the Year category (to Lady Antebellum) and their first hiatus, Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney are ready to get back into the country swing of things as they set new dates for 2010. The group has yet to stop their Unstoppable Tour as they plaster on a few more dates through February for the tour that lost them a group award and put them at wits end. Confident that the time apart has done this trio good? Get Rascal Flatts tickets today online.

The album Unstoppable, out since April, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 charts and has since sold a million copies. "This is the best group of songs we've ever had," Rooney said on the band's website. The jaunt sees the country studs hitting Rochester, New York's Blue Cross Arena; Charleston, West Virginia's Charleston Civic Center Coliseum; London's John Labatt Centre; Ottawa's Scotiabank Place; Hamilton's Copp Coliseum; Evansville, Indiana's Roberts Stadium; Auburn Hills' Palace of Auburn Hills and Peoria, Illinois' Peoria Civic Center.

The group, though taking a break from touring only since early November, hasn't remained stagnant. They have been scheduling events and performing impromptu shows while also remaining one of the most heavily nominated country music groups for several awards shows. They have had nominations in the People's Choice Awards and American Music Awards this year, a testament to the fact that this group doesn't really know how to settle down.

Besides being great country acts, the boys of Rascal Flatts love to eat and cook, so pairing up with celebrity chef Jamie Olivier for his Food Festival isn't too much of a stretch. According to RTT News, the two forces worked together during Olivier's 2009 Huntington Food Festival. Though Rascal Flatts isn't helping out in the kitchen, the group is one with the ambiance as the trio performs a thirty minute set at the Keith - Albee Performing Arts Center in Huntington, West Virginia. The show will eventually air in February for ABC as a reality series, ideal timing as the group tours throughout the States during that time. Rascal Flatts Tickets - Still 'unstoppable'

The hearty eaters, all raised on the country style cuisine of the Midwest, formed in 1999 in Columbus, Ohio, where cousins LeVox and DeMarcus grew up. Rooney eventually found a place in the traveling duo's outfit - after both had relocated to Nashville (LeVox following a Christian group and DeMarcus in an attempt to start a music career) - when the guys noticed the guitarist's work in one of their many outfits. Working with Chely Wright at the time as was LeVox, the family members asked Rooney to join in on their Nashville collaboration that eventually became Rascal Flatts.

The group started recording with Lyric Street Records, mixing pop and country for their first album. It was "Prayin' for Daylight" that earned them a spot on the country music radio stations nationwide, which was easily followed up by four more commercial favorites and a new album, Melt. The sophomore effort produced one of their most infamous crossover hits titled "These Days," a tune that helped Melt to sell a million copies in just eight weeks. The tunes crept up the Billboard charts, making the fifth position on the Billboard 200 and first on the Country Albums chart. Next came Feels Like Today and an annual stream of albums that provided the group with a prolific country crossover career, constant vocation for international tours and a steady gain of new fans.
