Okay...we're moving on! If you read yesterday's article then you're probably waiting to see just how much weight will be gained when a dieter on Prescription HCG indulges in fattening items like potato salad, Caesar salad and turkey legs. Well, I need to be really clear...there was only one turkey leg. But regardless of how many turkey legs I did or did not eat...it was not a good day.
But if you're a hater and you're hoping my weight will jump by a bunch then you're going to be disappointed. Because when I got on the scale this morning to weight myself that's not what happened. I was still at 160 pounds. I stayed exactly the same. Of course I would rather have dropped a few pounds, but staying the same in this particular scenario is absolutely agreeable.
My weight could very well jump up tomorrow since there's often a delayed reaction, but for now I'm not totally depressed.
Today is Monday. The kids have gone off to school. They had a normal breakfast and I skipped it like I'm supposed to.
I'm usually pretty good about not eating something in front of me because it's not on my diet. Yesterday was just a HUGE exception to the general rule. It was tough. And I was totally broke. I'm so rationalizing right now. I've got to stop that! So...moving on...I took both my Prescription HCG injection and my B-Total in the morning just as I'm supposed to.
I read several online Prescription HCG reviews and noticed that some could possibly help me to avoid negative repercussions from yesterday's extravagance. I didn't see anything that useful. But I'm going to keep looking. And I was going to try to stick to the plan really, really well for the day.
I grilled Creole seasoned chicken. I am openly obsessed with this seasoning at this point. For lunch I had some grilled chicken and a sliced tomato and Melba toasts. I had a lot of lemon water throughout the day. I've been doing Lisa's pitcher method. I forced a cup of green tea down and I had an apple in the mid-afternoon.
I used the rest of the chicken along with some asparagus and made the Chicken Asparagus Soup. I've got a few soup favorites. I think I love the soups so much because it's easy to have leftovers and to save them in individual serving sizes. Plus the weather is chilly so soup just feels right.
I had Melba toasts along with the soup again and I had another apple. I haven't had an apple "whole" in years. I always cut it up. But I've retrained myself to have an apple "whole." That way I can just grab an apple and toss it in my purse so I have a readymade Prescription HCG approved snack for the afternoon.
