Utilising their state of the art computer controlled Conqueror mobile batching plant Mixamate provides a convenient floor screed delivery service in whatever quantities customers need no matter how large or small. They are also able to adjust the water content on site to produce the screeders desired consistency.

The inclusion of fibres helps provide a more cohesive mix whilst assisting with the control of cracking caused by intrinsic stresses and can be added on site by Mixamates driver/operator.
When delivering the screed Mixamate are able to offer alternative methods to place the screed on site. Their trucks discharge conveyor can extend to 3.7m (12 feet ) through a discharge arc of 170 degrees from the rear of the vehicle into a wheelbarrow, screed pump or into a rubber track Mini Dumper which is carried onboard the truck. This Mini Dumper has the ability to hold a third of a cubic metre and is able to enter openings as low as 800mm for projects with restricted access.
