These patients also kept the weight off for longer than the patients who did not experience the subliminal messages. Over half of the patients retained 50% of the weight loss over a 2 year period.
The government also think that subliminal messages work since they have banned advertisers from doing this. Otherwise a company could make you want to buy their product without you even realising it by flashing up certain images on the TV screen! Scary, huh?!
I am quite sceptical about these subliminal message CDs because they are just full of ambiet sounds but you have no idea if they have actually bothered embedding the sound with subliminal messages or not.
