Let's face it - weight loss is a long-term effort

Remember what we talked about earlier. Any fat loss efforts you undertake must be something you can do for the rest of your life. Do you really want to be forever hungry day in and day out?

Experts agree that it's easier to be more active than it is to do without more food to achieve the same calorie reduction. Put simply, you need to move more if you don't want to always be hungry.

But even if you're very active and eat nothing but junk food, then you're fighting against yourself as well. No matter what the marketers tell you on TV, processed waffles are not a healthy choice for breakfast. Toaster pastries are not a good option for your kids.
