3. Keep the groin area dry: Use a towel to thoroughly dry the area after bath.

4. Proper washing of clothes: Use hot water and bleach to wash clothes to kill fungal growth in them.

5. Use Anti-fungal Soap: Use a natural antifungal soap, like Defense Soap, for a chemical free shower.

One main thing that can save you from uncomfortable and embarrassing conditions caused by jock itch rash is good skin hygiene. So, keeping jock itch at bay is entirely in your hands.
