Recently, I visited the JetBlue Airways Washington Office and I had an excellent experience because of the quality of customer service offered there. The employees were courteous, very knowledgeable and were always willing to help passengers. They helped me plan my travels, gave me necessary information regarding the flights and got everything done in an efficient manner. They were very patient and pleasant, making everything easy and enjoyable for me. The office itself was neat and professionally managed.
