Yes, positive thoughts because that is where it all begins. Thoughts precede actions. So if youre in a positive-thinking state when you make a food choice that good-feeling thought will likely influence you to make the food choice that will have a positive impact on your health. On the other hand, the inverse will occur in a negative-thinking state. However, in a positive-thinking state youll breed good feelings which in turn manifest the reality of your being slim as you continue to make more and more healthy food choices.
So start right now with the positive thought of seeing the slim you and add to it a little exercise. From there, at every given opportunity start to retrain your thoughts. Stop focusing on what you DON'T want and focus instead on what you DO want. You'll not only start to feel better, but youll also start to look better. You'll think to yourself, "Hey, I don't look half bad." You'll think this every time you see yourself and in no time this will be your reality. When the negative thoughts creep in you'll let your feelings be your guide in signaling you of them and alerting you of the need to replace them with good-feeling thoughts. Youll start to believe that what you desire is not only attainable but a manifestation that is already unfolding.
