There's really no reliable way of putting on weight without eating more food
. Everyone wants an easier way to get there, especially teenagers looking to put on huge amounts of muscle mass in a short span of time.
It helps if you eat full meals more frequently, rather than try to eat the standard three meals but overeat at each meal. Just as people trying to lose weight are told to eat frequently but small meals, for the reverse you will want to eat frequent, full-size meals.

Breakfast - Get up early for breakfast and get started on that daily calorie total! Pour a big bowl of cereal with milk, the fiber will help you absorb nutrients. Then dig into an omelet with cheese, and a side of bacon. Cheese and bacon are high fat foods, very calorie dense, and both bacon and eggs have protein to add muscle. Hash browns make a nice carbohydrate addition. Top off your meal with a glass of juice, the sweeter the better because sweet indicates high sugar content. Orange or apple are good choices.
Lunch - Got craving? Go for it. Eat everything you've been wanting, the more calories the better since weight gain is the name of the game here.
If you're wondering how to efficiently load up on calories, think pizza. Pizza is a calorie bonanza. The cheese has high fat content, meat toppings also have high fat and calories, the crust is carbohydrate. To make this easier on your wallet, consider a pizza buffet. Many towns have a pizza buffet that is all you can eat for a set charge. You will probably be able to eat a good amount of pizza for under ten dollars.
Just remember you don't have to stuff yourself for your pizza lunch to be effective for weight gain. Eat until you are good and full but not uncomfortable.
