How Can You Get Pregnant

If you are a woman trying to have a baby then you know what you are missing by not having your own, there is a wonderful experience in a woman in holding inside her own infant. Oh! what a grace to know that a baby who was in your womb is going to depend on you... when you touch your big fat belly and acknowledge a new member is coming. I still recall those weeks when I walked to the park looking other women playing with their little infants. I used to envy them.

If there is one thing I can tell you is to never stop. As soon as my dear husband (DH) and I had made up our mind to try to get a baby, I immediately started looking for information. I found some forums and became a member. I met so many people who shared how to quickly get pregnant. I thought this would be a cinch.

It was great to attach with women who couldnt conceive that way I was not feeling alone. As the time passed I started to get discourage because more women were reporting having signs of being pregnant exept me. I decided to monitor my basal temp, I did the best I could with no positive results. It literally killed me to go through that, I thought I was exercising something right and just couldnt imagine why it wasnt happening. Few of us felt left behind as more and more women got positive pregnant test results.

I began to get really frustrated and bitter to the ladies who would come onto the board and within a few attempts of TTC they were pregnant. Finally, I moved to the 8 months forum, where I found women who understood how I felt. I read a lot of advice about why some fertility techniques did not work and how other ladies were able to have a baby by following some natural treatments. Something like not

getting up soon after you have done having sex because that will pull sperms in the opposite direction than where they should be oriented.

The processes that is reliable for conception are determined by hormones. Hormones are basically made from proteins, works best when the body is provided with the essential food. It is critical to have proper diet to ensure that there is plenty supply of hormones responsible for pregnancy.

I was astonished to learn that most of medical procedures which can be unconfortable are costly and they dont guarantee real results. At Last I read that there were many women who were able to get pregnant by working with a very simple process that was found by a woman in china who had the same issue. Understand baby making secrets number one rule then you dont want to use any of these horrible medical processes. What you wish is to conceive naturally. Ive found some good information about getting pregnant that are natural and easy to follow
