Does CRM Make It Easier to Follow Up on Corporate Training Proposals?

For companies selling corporate training, how do you keep track of proposals that are sent but haven’t been accepted yet? I imagine some clients take weeks to decide, and it would be easy to lose track. HelloGrowthCRM came up while I was researching AI CRM India options. Has anyone here used CRM for this?
