People always want to know how to lose weight in a week, well I can tell you it is possible but it is always up to the person that is going through this mission to stay focused and NEVER give up.
I can tell you from experience that it is possible to do this I have lost 5 pounds in a week but it was tough to pass up all of my favorite things like junk food and beer. Then its on to exercise, you need to get a routine in that you will be able to follow, like instead of watching TV do a couple sets of sit ups along with pushups.
