How does it work?
In its current condition, the dual balloon system is inserted into a patient's throat using an attached tube before being pumped with saline. As these 2 oval sections are inflated, slimmer's will begin tofeel full and decrease their appetite and lose excess lbs.
More importantly, once patients achievetheir weight loss objective, this balloon device can easily by deflated and removed from the stomach without being cosmetically removed.
Currently, this double balloon is scheduled to perform its first clinical studyat the beginning of spring where 30 consumers across 3 medical centers will be equipped with this balloon mechanism. Should it prove safe and effective, this research will be expanded to 350 consumers across ten medical centers and eventually will be presented to the Food and Drug Administration for approval.
