Flyback features work well with the watches having multiple dials.

You need to find out the time of movement your watch has. There are several types of movements. Some are mechanical (these are actually very fascinating but they are very delicate and prone to sudden shock), some can be electronic and some can be kinetic while there are innovative ones which run on solar and other form of light energy.
