Dinner could be light and it could be a buffet so that the guests stay near the dance floor. You could have rural artists or have salsa dancers or belly dancers perform the most beautiful dances. Then you could have some space for the guests also to dance to music played by a DJ. This could be ball room dancing or the disco to enjoin all the guests.

The flowers could be corn flowers and lilacs and larkspurs and you could have blue candles and floating candles in the centre of the tables.
