Fifth, make small talks with her. Gather up your guts and get to know a few and harmless details about her like her name, the company she works for or her graduate school and the like. But don't question her like you're an interviewer. Make it subtle and smile.
Sixth, compliment her. Again, make sure you don't overdo it and don't be obvious. While you are talking say something like she looks lovely in her hair, or you if you see her often you may follow this up with a question like "your hair looks good today, did you get a haircut?" this will not only put a smile on her face but you get to talk a little bit longer too.
Finally, make a good impression. Do or say something that will make her remember you in a good way. Pick up something that slipped in her hands, walk her through the elevator and make sure you let her in first, be two steps behind to literally catch her if, wish it happens, she falls.
