* Maybe try signing up for a marathon as this will give you the perfect excuse to get out there and move more in preparation for the marathon. Start slow! However be careful not to overdo it.
* A lot of people feel that keeping a journal of their weight loss goals and achievement and of course keeping track of the daily calories they consume, helps then a lot. Your memory isn't always a reliable source when trying to remember your weight loss achievements. It can also help to re-motivate you to look back on your progress, when you are having a bad day.
* A lot of people try to exercise in the morning so they won't be too tired to do it. Of course this makes sense as after a hard day's work the last thing you want to do I am sure is to exercise!
