If you want to hire an employee you might want to consider a service such as EasyOutsource. I've used people there from the Philippines and have had good results as well.
3. Can not afford it. Fiverr.com is a site where you can find people to do work for you for $5 a project.
ODesk is a site where you can find outsourced workers that are already trained. You also find people you can train the way you want.
This can get expensive, but there is an important point to understand. When you're dealing with outsourced workers overseas you can get them at a fraction of the cost you would pay here in the United States.
It is not unusual to hire a qualified full-time employee for $250-$300 a month. When you use this approach you are really leveraging your time. Think about having an extra 5000 hours a year being spent on your business.

This also gives you freedom to do other things. I know in my case I like to concentrate on a couple of my personal websites because these are the themes I enjoy the most.
