Bedtime can be a stressful time for many kids and adults alike. Parents often cite the need for calming techniques for their children before bed. But there is an abundance of ways that parents can help kids transition into peaceful sleep each and every night. These books seem to contain wonderful oral tales and traditions told from generations back that are purposefully created to teach. Your child will gain emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills while exploring ethics, emotions and common sense. At the same time, the dreaminess of these old folk tales really calm and soothe, preparing everyone for a restful night.
