The 1000 Calorie Challenge program is creating a lot of excitement and interest. Some people are already looking forward to having a copy of the program to show them how to lose 3 - 5 lbs of fat a week, as the creators of the program claim.

2. The program requires the following pieces of equipment -Pull up bar, dumbbells, workout bench. If you don't have access to a gym or to this equipment then you may not be able to do all of the exercises that the program includes. Yes, you may be able to do other variations of the workouts but they may be slightly less effective than those which the program specifically calls for.

3. The diet part of this program includes some low calorie days -In which the total calorie consumption is as little as 1000 calories in total. These are not all of the days so there's no need to get too worked up about this but a low calorie day is still challenging and if you feel that you won't be up to it, then you should not use this program.

4.
