Kerman Friday Mosque is a prominent example of the Muzaffarid architecture, which was built by Amir Mobarezeddin-e-Mozaffari-e-Meybodi-Yazdi in 1350. Just after the death of Abu Sa'id of the IlKhanid dynasty in 1335, the Muzaffarids came to power and reigned over the country till 1393.
