Why Are You Building Your Business Back To Front?

There is a question I am going to ask that should make you think long and hard about

the way in which you are approaching your business and it is "Are you doing it all back to front?"

When you are new to network marketing it is only natural to pay attention to everything your company training and your upline says about how to experience the exponential growth in your business that will sky rocket your residual income. The failing with that thinking, especially since the Internet became the biggest distraction of all time is that the average network marketer will only ever recruit 2 people into their downline in their entire career.

So the next thing you should ask yourself is why there is no focus on leverage at the front end of your business?

It may have escaped your notice but every aspect of how the little guy can compete for business with the big guy has been made possible through the Internet. Anyone can promote themselves, their brand and their network marketing opportunity to a massive audience for very little cost.

Think of You Tube as your TV Channel and you have a whole new perspective on your business. Imagine the power of being able to "talk" to people about your business 24/7 on autopilot and you should not be able to sleep at night for the pure excitement of the opportunity for the Entrepreneurial spirits who take up the challenge and learn what it takes to master new skills that will enable them to write their own paycheck for life.

Another common problem network marketers face is what to do when you have no warm market and you get advised to buy leads and cold call them.

Leads that you "buy" for pennies in the dollar have been sold multiple times over, they do not know you and they certainly do not welcome cold calls. Ask yourself if you were just sitting down to some quality time with your family at the end of the day and the phone rings with an unwanted caller trying to get you to look at a website or go to a hotel meeting seriously how would you feel?

Cold calling leads is like forcing the issue which is no way to build a business, you will get some kind of ratio going but most people who get convinced on things are not your business builders.

The key to building a sustainable business is to not only treat people like you would want to be treated yourself but by using strategies like Attraction Marketing you will find that people actively seek you out and start calling you asking about your business, your team and your company. Real value lies in building your business on solid marketing principles and by using the Internet to leverage that value you should begin to rethink the way you are trying to build your business for good.
