The other day, Ireceived an email from a woman who was trying to get pregnant and very much wanted a girl baby. She asked "what are the chances or odds that I'll conceive a girl and what can I do to influence or increase these odds?" I will answer these questions in the following article.

The Odds Of A Girl Or A BoyConception: If you do nothing and just let nature take it's course, you have an slightly higher chance of conceiving a boy. Worldwide, there are 105 boys born for every 100 girls born. These are decent odds, but you cansafely manipulate them somewhat.

Improving Your Changes To ConceiveA Girl: If you want a 100% success rate, then you really need to take this equation out of nature's hands. And the only surefire way to do this is in a clinic participating in PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis.) Third and finally, you want to use shallow penetration when you have intercourse. The Y or boy producing sperm live at least two days less than the girl / X producing sperm. So this longer distance will help to ensure that less of them will be around to endure the hostile environment of the acidic vagina. Even fewer will make it through that environment, ensuring that the amount of X's that make it to the egg far outweigh the Y's. You also want to avoid the woman's orgasm as these fluids are said to lower PH.
