You need to make your child feel that he or she is your first priority, and that you will always be there for them whenever they need you. Make them feel important by going to pick them from school or spending weekends together doing something fun.
Your children should feel secure in their relationship with you and most importantly, loved. Shower your love and affection over them, and make their lives heaven.
