The information in this book is not made to teach you everything. But rather a guide, to explain the most common income channels, marketing strategies and tools, that the successful internet marketers use.

Each of the services mentioned in this book is tested by me, with big success. Just remember, wealth will not come free, it takes hard work and a burning desire to change your current situation. No matter if it"s to have more time with your family, or to quit your job.

Why do I give this book for free? I made this decision, because I want to help people. Help people find information on how they can change their life to the better, as I once managed to do. I cannot promise you, that by reading this book you will be successful and never need to worry about money again. As I said earlier, wealth comes from hard work.

What"s network marketing?

Network Marketing, also known as multi-level marketing, is a very effective method to generate a strong level of profit within a very short period of time. It has been around the internet for decades and uses the power of distribution and selling products and services through a chain of autonomous distributors in comparison to the normal method of traditional face-to-face confrontations. Networking Marketing claims to be a form of "free enterprise" that only delivers products or services to targeted consumers who are interested in the product or service in the first place. The multi-level marketing members can be referred to as the "vehicle" that identifies these interested consumers who then get those consumers to sign up under the multi-level marketing members in order to receive these products or services of which are actually derived from the manufacturer.

Independent representatives of a multi level marketing company can be compared with for example, Independent Insurance Agent. These agents are not employees of the insurance company itself, but own business owners that franchises a service. Same as agents of an insurance company, the independent representatives of the network marketing company will receive commission for each sold, or a % from each referred customer.

Is network marketing the same as a pyramid scheme? Definitely not! First Pyramid schemes are illegal, network marketing have been a successful business/marketing method that started in late 1960.

But you refer customers in a pyramid shape? I think Donald Trump explained this very well.

What one has to realize is that, network marketing is not easy; it"s not something that will give you money just because you signed up. Hard work and dedication is the key, as to most things in life. But for the ones that take control of their life and put down the time and effort will always be rewarded.

Wouldn"t you rather have 1% from 100 persons than 100% from 1 person? That"s the core idea in network marketing. For you to be successful, you need to help your down line to be successful.

Different network marketing strategies

There are several Multi-level marketing matrix strategies that are used by network marketing organizations. These come in the form of the Binary Plan, the Uni-level Plan, and the Forced Matrix Plan.

The Binary Plan is based on a two by two system. Everything is organized in two legs. An example of this would be, if you recruit person A and person B into your business, A goes into one leg and B goes into one leg. Now for each two new referrals A and B make, there are only two spots below them so if you recruited a third person, the third person will have to go under one of the four spots below A and B. There is no limit within the binary plan and the down line potential is infinite. The Binary Plan is a very fast working system that is highly attractive to the majority of people with a get rich quick attitude. The Uni-level Plan is where independent distributors make money during MLM schemes by recruiting people into their down line (similar to the Binary Plan). The only difference between the Binary system and the Uni-level system is that the distributor is paid a set sales commission percentage for each level of their down line. An example of this would be, if you recruited six people, they will all be placed right under you as direct referrals (under the first level) and if the MLM organization states that you shall receive a 40% sales commission for each, you will earn that much. You are also paid through multiple levels for example, if one of your direct referrals refer a new person into the system, you have an indirect referral which will still provide you a fixed sales commission (under the second level) according to your MLM organization. This process is not infinite and will be stated on how many levels there will be available according to your MLM organization. One very successful company that uses this is

The Forced Matrix Plan recruits a distributor to every open spot within your matrix. These types of matrixes often have the number of 3 by 5. This simply means that for each distributor on the first level, there are three spots available, for every distributor on the second level, there are nine spots available ( 3 x 3 = 9 ). The 5 above represents the number of levels within this forced matrix plan which is would be 5. This allows for each distributor to be paid at 5 levels proving a good advantage that every spot on every level must be filled before any distributor can be placed on to the next level. This confirms a very strong potential for good and recurring earnings per month.

How to make money on network marketing

There are several ways to make an income using network marketing. Network marketing is basically a form of affiliate marketing whereby you will be paid a certain sales commission when a referral (somebody who signs up under you) purchases a product or a service from the company you are working for, under your affiliate link (or referral link). Sales commissions can vary from different companies from as low as 10% to even a blasting 90% per sale. You are probably wondering why a company would provide a sales commission of up to 90% when it obviously would show a loss in money for the company. To your surprise, most of these products that companies sell with a sales commission of up to 90% are products that will never run short for example eBooks, online products, software, etc.

Network marketers have proven to make money through network marketing over and over again over the same transaction! The concept of network marketing is that your sales commissions are available for life! For as long as the manufacturer is still selling, and the internet still works, your sales commissions will keep on rolling for life! This therefore means that the system of network marketing will never saturate so long as the internet is still functioning. Through this there is the obvious call for a long lifetime of earning profits through sales commissions.

The benefit of network marketing is that so long as you had advertised to sell products or services through forums, blog posts, articles and other classified advertisement methods, you do not have to keep updating your advertisements. Unlike other jobs online, network marketing requires only a couple of minutes to promote and receive referrals.
