4. Spend an hour doing the yard work. Raking leaves and pulling weeds are helpful to develop their endurance. Plus, you can find that the chores are finished in a short time and it is interesting because your kids help you a lot. There are many ways can make the yard work more interesting for the children. For instance, you get to jump in them when you accomplish raking the leaves.
5. Wash the car with your children. The scrubbing is great activity. But you will all get wet and soapy is the good fun for the children.
6. Race around the house. You do 10 crunches, your children do 5. See who can finish them first.
