?If you are looking for a fair review on Scott Mysgrave's new Reflexercise program, pour some coffee and keep reading because here you are. I'm going to describe what the product claims, give a little background information and let you in on my personal experience.
Reflexercise has a very long list of disorders it claims to treat. Among these are migraines, back pain, joint pain and virtually any chronic pain. Aside from pure pain it also helps treat anxiety disorders, stress, including post traumatic, and depression. We are talking about banishing a headache or panic attack in a matter of minutes.
The breakthrough uses special exercises designed to calm and balance the nervous system where those problems happen. As I am not in chronic pain, I cannot really attest that it works for that.
