Therefore, to solve those documents mess your working room, you can pick a certain spot as a place to dump all of them.

Second, you can try to reduce paper bills by paying your bills online. This is a very great idea to reduce any paper bills that might be piling up in your office. Even if you can not go paperless to handle your bills, you can try to be aware of any bills that come monthly such as bills of cellphone, electric, credit card and so on.
