Institutions like the Asia Pacific College and the University of Makati, on the other hand, have a Service Management Program that teaches and assists Filipinos that would like to work in the BPO sector.
Pres. Aquinos administration believes that the future of Philippine outsourcing will rely on the cooperation among the private businesses, including, of course, the outsourcing companies in the Philippines, the government, and the citizens.
