if there is anything wrong with their product, employees, operations, or perhaps their marketing strategy.
They often fail to do any introspection and question if there is anything wrong with how they run their business. More often than not, the problem will start at the business owner's part.

#1. Avoid mess in your workplace. Stack of paper works will psychologically affect your working condition which will consequently dwindle your performance and give you too much stress. Things are not needed and important during that time should be put in another place to avoid a congested working area .
Certainly, personal items such as a picture of your relatives and love ones can boost your systems to work and earn more, but let these not crowd your working space. You can always hang them on the wall or save them as wallpapers on your computers. Let us be reminded that the reason why we are at the office is to earn for our family.
2. Manage your work and personal life orderly by writing everything on a planner and taking notes. With all of the notes taken, learn to prioritize the tasks that you have to do.
The notepad is also very useful when you have something to jot down dates, messages and essential notes while on the phone. Of course, when all those notes are already done, be sure to throw those notes or else they will cause clutter to your workspace.
3. Commit to timetable on when to deliver the completed task. This goes for meetings and other things to accomplish. Keep meetings short by providing the agenda beforehand and set a time when the meeting has to end. Follow through after each meeting.
Statistics show that a cluttered desk can cause an employee to lose one hour each day that otherwise would have been used productively. In every business, not only does money have to be managed but time as well. Productive hours equate to more business so keep the business growing. De-clutter and use your time wisely!
