Facial Hair Removers

Basically, there are various methods of facial hair removal and these include permanent or temporary removal

. The problem with the latter is that temporary facial hair removal means that the hair will grow back again in no time. Temporary removal may be done by plucking, where one uses a tweezer to get rid of the facial hair, waxing, where the wax is applied on the face hence taking the hair out by the root, leaving a smooth skin behind. However, this may be painful. The last method for temporary removal is shaving. Although this works best for men, it does not suit women, for it has been found out that when women shave their facial hairs, it grows back quickly and is coarser.

However, how can one get the best facial hair removal without infecting their faces? Well, this may not be so simple, but there are known ways which are safer and which can prevent you from getting infected in the process of facial hair removal. The first method is known as laser hair removal. Laser hair removal makes use of an invisible ray of light and a heat source. These two combinations penetrate the hair follicles and disable as well as kill them, without causing any harm to the skin around. This method causes no known infections and works best for people with lighter skin complexions and darker hair. This is because the laser light is attracted by the darkness of the hair. One good thing about laser facial hair removal is that while it is being done, a gel or spray is applied to the face so as to cool it and get rid of any irritations one may feel. These gels and sprays also prevent the surrounding skin from any harm. The only disadvantage of this method of facial hair removal is that it takes several sessions to complete. This means that for the facial hair to be completely removed, one has to enroll for several sessions.

The other good facial hair removal method which is permanent is called electrolysis. Electrolysis is popular with most people intent on removing their facial hair and it works well. What happens is that a needle is inserted into a hair follicle and it shoots an electrical pulse through. This method can remove hair from most parts of the face except the inside of the nose and ears. However, this method may cause swelling, redness and scabs may appear. Such scabs are known to cause infections and scarring and this is its main disadvantage.

The final method of removal, which causes no infections, is by using an epilator. This is an electrical device that removes hair by the root, for it gripples and pulls out several hairs at a go. It does so with a tweezing action of a rotating head and uses a battery. As long as one uses it on a dry skin, it has no known infections, leaves a smooth skin and when they re-grow, it is finer and softer.
