To avoid such inconvenience and to make your clients trust you more, you should always be ready to tell them why the object is in a certain condition or why do you think their dissatisfaction is (or is not) justified. Even though your opinions may not be the same, the fact that you try to solve any problem in an amiable matter will make a good impression on your clients, who will be ready to recommend you as a trustworthy seller. In conclusion, if you want to earn a lot of money and make eBay buyers your faithful customers, you should be able to answer promptly to any of their demands, even after the transaction is closed. Remember that your clients are the one who can raise your business or can bring it to failure.
