Corpcom: How Not To Do Business

This is intended to be the 3rd notification to Corpcom from Pure Painters that their services are unwanted and to stop charging their credit card

. Pure Painters will continue to present press releases regarding the dishonest, underhanded dealings of Corpcom and their misuse of their customers credit card data until such a time as Corpcom responds to Pure Painters regarding their business interaction.

Corpcom was entrusted with the credit card information of their client Pure Painters as a stipulation of drawing a contract for services. The salesperson that solidified the deal pointed out that to withdraw from future web services, Pure Painters would need to submit a written statement so that their credit card was not charged annually.

Pure Painters submitted this written notification to the Corpcom salesperson at the time the contract was signed. She then notified Pure Painters that her office had been notified and a confirmation letter would be sent. Months passed with no confirmation letter received from Corpcom.

Corpcom employed a very common breadcrumb trail tactic to lengthen the service and subsequently charge their clients credit card annual fees. When Dillon, the owner of Pure Painters, contacted their office to find out when their advertising was to come out; he was informed that Corpcom was having difficulties finding advertisers for the folder and it might be late coming out. Inquiry about the opt-out letter was met with Corpcom having lost it and refusing to send a confirmation even though Pure Painters clearly did not want their service. Dillon was informed to send another written opt-out letter for confirmation.

The next opt-out letter was again ignored and no confirmation sent. Several months past the contractual obligation the folder was released. Though Corpcom had agreed to an exclusive agreement and choice on ad-space for Pure Painters, they were instead featured with four other painters and not in the correct space. The feature was even posted with expiry dates that had passed many months prior. All attempts for Dillon to get reasonable service and his issues addressed were met with constant techniques to simply string him along. These were simply Dont call us, well call you notifications. To force Corpcom to stop charging his card, Dillon eventually had to cancel the credit card that was being charged.

This information was to set a necessary background for the business practices that Corpcom employs when dealing with their clients. Their blatant dishonest and disregard for their customers and their billing information are not things to be taken lightly. The administration of Corpcom refused to work with Dillon at nearly any point in the process to address his grievances or even provide the work they were contractually obligated to.

A representative of Corpcom was stated to reply that We dont care if Dillon makes it a point to continue to try and enlighten their potential clients to their dishonest business tactics. It is clear through this interaction that they do not care the slightest for their product, business, image, or customers. The entire company is at fault for these dishonest practices. It started with the initial salesperson, went through the people offering support, up to the higher echelons of management that completely ignored Pure Painters and Dillons problems. It is clear now that they never meant to offer customer service as they strive to only perfect stringing along potential paying clients and misusing their credit card information. Such lies and deceit will only spell doom for their corporation in the long run as more and more people come aware of their methodology.

To this end we advocate to not do business with Corpcom. If you decide you absolutely must, Dillon would like to welcome you to contact him regarding his experience with Corpcom so you can hear first hand how they abused his trust and cost him a lot of money.

The actions of Corpcom in abusing Pure Painters are negligent and immoral at best, criminal at worst. Trusting your credit card information and business to Corpcom will undoubtedly lead you down the same path that Pure Painters was already strung along. Do not make that same mistake and let Corpcom know that such businesses will not be permitted to abuse their clients in such a fashion.
