Working from home has many benefits, especially for parents who are looking for the right family/work life balance. To be at home, in order to bring in a salary and spend more quality time with their children.

Just the basics of living have become so costly that many can't even afford to buy a house in this day and age. Keeping the lights on, the phone on and food on table are starting to feel like luxuries with the income crunch.

I've been there. I was a FULL time Nursery Nurse . Even with my qualifications, experience and references..I was making LESS than 10,000 a year. And most importantly I was unhappy and missing out on my child growing up. When my son was 3 years old I jacked in the job and began researching from home jobs.

I am no longer tied to schedules and working hours. I am no longer unhappy missing my children.

Don't get me wrong it's not easy, you have to be self motivated and focused otherwise the money doesn't come in, the household chores don't get done and by the end of the day, some days I feel I have achieved nothing !!

But it is worth it! Watching my two beautiful boys grow and learn is amazing and lets face it, that is the most rewarding job ever !!
