to advertise to foreign countries that do not even speak the English
language? All you have to do is install Google Language tool on your
website, and anyone that clicks on it, it will translate your website
to the language they speak.
You probably also wonder, How will I ever get paid? Well with an
online merchant account it is real easy. With small orders you can use
Pay Pal, with large orders, a merchant account. Each one will do a
money exchange for you online. Everything is done online, no worrying
about transferring or exchanging money in a foreign bank account.
Even shipping your product is easy these days. USPS, Fed-ex, UPS, and
DHL all offer international shipping. And amazingly enough it does not
cost you an arm and a leg. If fact sometimes it is actually cheaper
than shipping from state to state in the U.S.. A few countries have
duties and taxes, which is the customers responsibility, so just make
sure they understand that, and are not surprised with extra costs.
Reach Out To Them Personally
You can even talk to them on the phone, without charges, or should I
say on the internet. There is a website called, Skype. It is free to
use, you can either go on and just type back and forth to each other,
and unlike email, it is automatic. Or you can see each other and talk
to one another, if they do not speak English, they will probably find
a translator for themselves, if they really want to talk to you.
These days it is a wise idea to make sure you are well known on the
internet, not just for America, but especially for foreign countries.
Everyone wants to make sure they are dealing with someone, or a
company that is legitimate. So by having a lot of content out there
and a lot of good testimonials, it will make your foreign buyers feel
secure in ordering from you.
