A Virtual Office Space Was Exactly What My Business Needed

If you are considering renting a virtual office space for your business but are not

totally convinced it's the right move, here are my reasons why this type of rental proved to be exactly what my company needed.

I absolutely did not want to commit to a long lease whilst developing my company as I was still not totally convinced of the longevity or the best location for it, therefore the virtual office space I rented fitted the bill perfectly as it removed any potential anxiety that I may have had relating to a commitment to a long term, conventional style lease.

The other really important issue for me was that it was essential for me to have a prestigious business address, as I was aware that in my particular type of industry this would prove to be important. My virtual office address ticked all the boxes for me as it was in an area that I most definitely could not have otherwise afforded.

The other huge benefit was that I was provided with extremely professional staff who were reliably available, and on a daily basis would professionally and conveniently deal with my calls, take my messages and basically act as my own secretary. This was ideal as whilst I needed the convenience of a secretary on hand and somebody to answer my calls, I definitely did not want the regular outgoing or have to especially hire somebody for that role.

If a company is established or requires many people daily to run it successfully, that is a different story, but many people are testing a new market or perhaps a particular location, therefore virtual offices are an excellent way to dip your toe into a new market or a location before committing to a more expensive long-term traditional office space.

The other aspect that I particularly love is that when I needed to hold an official meeting or conference, well equipped rooms geared for this are always available and easily booked. In fact, the standard of the meeting rooms at my disposal was far higher than the type of meeting rooms I had access to when working in a conventional space.

As I mentioned earlier, virtual offices will not suit every business, but they absolutely suited mine for the situation I was in, and many other companies will no doubt be requiring the same facilities at the sign reduced price for the same reasons. This type of office is certainly something that I would recommend to anybody considering rental. You will benefit from all the same excellent features that I did.
