The Pioneer AVH-P5100DVD does just what it's suppose to do. This is the first ipod readt radio I've ever had in my truck, and to me the p5100dvd is actually easier to work and go through your music then the ipod itself. A friend of mine hooked up his ipod touch to it with a whole bunch of songs, and you could find anything you wanted just as quick as a snap. The video podcasts and dvd's played just like a dvd player, the play back was excellent. You can also adjust the picture size using many different options. The 7 inch screen gives me a much larger picture to look at then on my ipod touch's screen also. I haven't really read the manual that comes with it, although it looks like it covers every detail about the unit. I've been able to figure almost everything out just by playing around with it, it's so easy to use. The one concern i had was about listening to music from my cd's compaired to music stored on a ipod and if there would be a sound quality difference between the two.
