Carry snacks. That way when you start feeling hungry, you have a healthy snack waiting for you.
Visit the grocery store instead of fast food restaurants. You can pick up fruit, carrot sticks, and even cooked meals at the grocery store.
In addition, if you know the principles of healthy eating, you can opt for a healthy choice when you are at a restaurant or at a friend's or family member's house.
Pick a Weight Loss Plan that Allows for Mistakes
Sometimes things happen. Sometimes you blink and a plate of brownies popped into your mouth by itself. It happens.
In times like this, a good plan will have a way for you to get back on track. Realize what you've done, but don't harp on it. Let it go.
