2) Detox from alcohol.
Did you know that alcohol is actually one of the leading causes why you are fat? If you like drinking beer, well there is the beer belly. You can never fully have a flat stomach if you keep drinking beer and you sit in your couch the whole day. If you think only beer can make you fat, cocktails for the ladies can also make you fat. Most of the cocktails are mixture of juices and sodas that also adds up to your calorie intake. If you would consume a lot of alcohol and you really like to stick to your drink, develop a healthy regimen to shed off the pounds. Exercise and sweat so you will lose the bottles you drank at last night's party. However, there are other alcohols that have fewer calories. These are the straight up drinks or on the rock drinks like scotch, whisky and martini.
3) Detox from carbs.
To add to your natural weight loss program, you should stop yourself from eating carbs. Carbohydrates are energy-giving but it does not mean that you will lose your energy once you detox from carbs. You can still have you carbs although take everything in moderation. If you would like to lose the weight faster, totally detox yourself from carbs and instead eat the alternatives. If you like eating rice, you still can eat it but choose brown rice over the normal rice that you eat. If you like pasta and bread like the Italians, you can still enjoy it but use the whole wheat bread and pasta. For pasta sauces, try to stick to olive oil and try to keep the ingredients simple and healthy like a seafood pasta maybe?
