First of all, you should know that your body burns about 1200-1500 calories during the daily activities. This means that while you sleep, eat, walk, write or watch a movie, you actually burn calories. Now, there is also a rule here: YOU GAIN FAT TISSUE IF YOU EAT MORE CALLORIES THAN YOU BURN! How to loose weight then? You just have to eat less calories than you actually eat. This means, that, in order to loose weight, a sedentary person should eat about 1200-1400 calories per day divided in 5-6 meals-. As a note, those 5-6 meals should contain only the aliments from the above lines. No coke, no sugar, no pork steaks, no fast food, no oil! And you will see, than in no time, you will start loosing weight. Instead of the final conclusion, Ill give you a tip: when dieting, take a day of, once a week. In that day, eat everything you want.
