And if you can not fix it yourself, then the next logical step is to take the car to a professional mechanic to repair your car and make it run again.

Weight loss for women is no different from the above scenario, and it should be a number one priority for you. I will offer you some steps that will diagnose your weight loss problem

Analytical Steps If You Are Not Losing Weight

I am assuming that you are pursuing some type of guidelines or a plan which you are following, but with no results.

- If you are following a certain number of calories on a daily basis, and if not, then you are most likely going in a random manner about your goal. That is not effective, which takes us to the next point

- You need to put some type of plan that has your daily calories, type of foods you should consume, and also food timing, like when to eat, and how you are spacing your meals.

- Do you have designed workouts to enhance your weight loss goal?

- Lets assume that you do have a plan. Are you tracking and fixing, or modifying so you can put the puzzle pieces together, so to speak.

- How frequently are you exercising, and are your exercises effective in terms of high efficiency calorie burning? In other words, you can choose two different exercises, and for the same time period you execute these exercises one will burn, for example, 20 calories/minute and the other will burn 40 calories/minute.

I think I gave you enough analysis steps to find out why you are not losing weight, or why your weight loss plan is not as effective as you think it should be.
