Expensive pre-packaged food weight loss clubs, have food that is riddled with MSG, (or why would anyone be able to swallow it), artificial sweeteners, considered brain toxins by medical doctors advanced in their field, and sadly lacking in the nutrients that fresh, real foods offer your body, your muscles, your digestive system, and your brain.
If you are the only person in your family or home, beginning a diet to lose weight, you ideally want to have a support system in place to help you get through difficult days. Will there be difficult days? Well, probably, since you are starting a new routine, and changing and challenging your body's habits. You are adding calorie restriction, cutting down on empty carbs and junk foods, and perhaps adding exercise all in the same day? So every time you look at that copy of YOU in your fill-in-the-blank (bikini, gown, spandex exercise suit, pink tutu, Speedos), whatever stress you are experiencing, will diminish a little, or a lot. Because you know, this is good.
